呢間喺銅鑼灣既日本餐廳曾連續幾年獲得米芝蓮推介,今次就專登過嚟食omakase,師傅會根據時令嘅食材同埋客人嘅口味嚟到去度身訂造廚師發板,非常用心,用嘅材料都係最頂級嘅。前菜八方煮都用左名貴既食材,有鮑魚、花膠、同埋海參,好高級。刺身方面,北海道厚岸蠔勁肥美。藍鰭拖羅油脂豐富,入口即溶,配紫蘇葉好夾。風扇啦咁樣啦。另外幾款刺身都好特別。呢款海膽令我非常難忘,海膽係拍賣級別嘅排第一既,食落去係完全冇腥味,入口係清甜既感覺,完全係另一個層次,而且師傅仲非常大方咁俾咗好多海膽我哋,勁滿足。每一道菜都係精心炮製,例如壽司同刺身都係會配搭唔同嘅自家調製嘅醬汁。大大隻香箱蟹。仲有熟食。食埋清甜既蜜瓜做甜品就Perfect!
