今天是hubby工作41年的日子,一定要慰勞他,所以選了一間高級的意大利餐廳慶祝。這間餐廳裝潢簡約有格調,沒有什麼花巧的裝飾,只有幾幅意大利風景相片,而且座位舒適。開放式的廚房整潔乾淨,讓客人可以看到廚師準備食物的情況。每位侍應都很專業和殷勤有禮,每吃完一道菜都會換一隻新的碟子和餐具,真的不可不讚。經理介紹主廚是來自西西里島,最擅長主理海鮮,所以我們也特別點了海鮮的菜式。我們6:45入座,客人還不多,但七時多後已座無虛席了。麵包籃有三款麵包,有五穀、蕃茄和橄欖麵包,暖暖的麵包,外脆內軟又有質感,很好吃。餐廳送的劍魚腩香橙凍湯很清新很開胃,劍魚腩蓉很滑很新鮮,凍湯還有幾粒脆脆和橙肉,口感豐富又有層次。Beef Carpaccio with Arugula and Parmigiano, light Mustard sauce 生牛肉薄片色澤鮮紅,很軟滑和充滿牛味,配上火箭菜和巴馬臣芝士,很完美的配搭。Pan-fried Hokkaido Mackerel with Piperade, red onion and Capers flower 北海道鯖魚煎得外脆內軟,很佩服大廚能拿捏到這樣高

黑毛豬頸肉外皮煎得脆脆的,三成熟的黑毛豬肉味濃郁,肉質彈牙爽口,肉汁滿溢,完全不靱也不羶。薯蓉很香滑,有些食肆的雅枝竹會有苦味,但這裡的雅枝竹很新鮮很清甜,是整晚最驚喜的菜式。

Tiramisu酒味不算濃但很細膩幼滑,質感濕潤,棄用傳統可可粉,用上即刨的70%黑朱古力,再配上一杯咖啡沙冰,甜蜜中又帶一點甘的感覺,很有特色。

侍應最後送上很香脆的自家製曲奇,盡顯親切一面。
這裏每道菜都色香味美,感受到廚師的用心和認真,加上五星級酒店的招待,真的值得再去。
