To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 朋友一直推介~ 一定要吃大中華黑椒豬手~!是日有朋友生日, 約了一席總共十五人到大中華慶祝生日~訂檯訂了8時, 完全不用等位, 但餐廳坐無虛席, 証明訂位安排做得好這是我第一次來=] 環境尚可, 一般大排檔格調, 尚算乾淨~點了大約11個小菜~ 全部味道都不錯~其中最深刻的是乳豬及鐵板黑椒豬手~乳豬皮脆肉嫩~ 豬手則炆得超淋超入味~另外腊味煲仔飯勁香~ 吃了兩大碗!我們忘記了點南乳吊燒雞>.< 下次一定要試試! 最後我們因有朋友有事要遲到, 結果坐了4個小時...大中華的阿姐都沒有黑面, 沒有任何趕客的小動作~ 更很樂意幫我們拍照, 取蛋糕~真的值得一讚一定會再來^^

環境尚可, 一般大排檔格調, 尚算乾淨~

點了大約11個小菜~ 全部味道都不錯~
其中最深刻的是乳豬及鐵板黑椒豬手~

乳豬皮脆肉嫩~ 豬手則炆得超淋超入味~
另外腊味煲仔飯勁香~ 吃了兩大碗!

我們忘記了點南乳吊燒雞>.< 下次一定要試試!
