今日同女朋友想慶祝佢升職咁一定要食餐好經朋友介紹呢間OMAKASE就決定去試下!!午市晚市都有各3款OMAKASE套餐慶祝當然選最豪華的Akagai 赤貝肉身好爽甜,非常新鮮唔需要太多嘅調味Uni 海膽好快就到咗壽司部分海膽一向都係我最愛非常鮮甜, 一點都不腥另外一樣店家窩心的是廚師會直接放在客人手背去品嘗,確保唔會用餐具去破壞咗本身海膽嘅原味道非常欣賞呢種態度Nodoguro 喉黑脂肪較多經過火炙後油香味更出不愧是稱為白身魚拖羅Anago 深海星鰻咬落口感超軟嫩,雖然星鰻本身味道淡但用咗甜醬油汁煮咗之後味道就變得豐富完全唔會食到有骨,啖啖肉好惹味三文魚籽丼三文魚籽好鮮甜,經過醬油漬調味後唔會太咸仲帶少少柚子嘅香氣同香味每一啖都滿滿油香,好滿足之後就到重頭戲既部分,就係套餐才有的Abalone 鮑魚口感柔軟得黎彈牙搭配鮑肝醬和秘製醬汁味道非常夾Ankimo 鮟鱇魚肝用水烹煮過,令到味道同口感都似鵝肝味道更細膩,口感更軟及有彈性必試!!鮨一魂銅鑼灣禮頓道8號香港銅鑼灣皇冠假日酒店1樓
