To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 整體而言,食物質素算高質,當然價錢亦都反映左,不過蜜餞伊比利亞黑豚叉燒就真係令人失望。座位分窗口位,通道中間,同靠內嘅半圓梳化位,裝修高級,吊燈好靚。

服務就麻麻哋,冇人會幫你斟茶,食物上枱又唔介紹吓有跟醬汁,茶杯有污跡,唔怪得冇左粒米芝蓮星星。呢個價錢唔好意思冇下次。
