聞名以久嘅616!今次第一次同朋友黎食,滿心期待。點左鴛鴦冬瓜沙嗲湯,一清一淡。非常推薦大家點沙嗲湯底,煮左成晚愈煮愈濃稠,超正!先食少少前菜,手拍黃瓜、炸魚皮、花鵰醉雞卷。青瓜清爽微辣,幾惹味。魚皮夠厚夠脆。花鵰醉雞卷酒味幾香,唔會有苦嘅酒味,凍食一流!牛肉值得一提貨源都係日本直送嘅信州和牛!信州牛肩胛,肉味濃、肉質比較有彈性。信州和牛胸肉,油脂分布更多更均勻,入口即溶嘅口感。信州牛赤身,介乎牛肩胛與牛胸肉之間!黃喉,口感爽脆,記得唔好煮太耐!如果唔係會太韌~蔬菜點左金菇、白蘿萄、蜂巢豆腐、萵筍。一定要點白蘿蔔!放入沙嗲湯非常吸味,略兼蘿蔔有少少渣。匙柄,牛肉部位黎講都出名,肉味非常重,口感彈牙,好正!手打蝦滑,必點!口感未到非常彈牙,但味道調教得非常好!整體食材都好高質,而且店員好好招呼,體驗一流👍🏻
