To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

酸辣撈薯粉個麵底係預先幫你撈好，味道真係好酸好辣，都幾重口味，仲見到一塊塊乾辣椒碎，但就唔算話好咸，薯粉麵質都幾彈牙，整體味道幾好味，又開胃。而薯粉既配料亦好豐富，豬耳同埋雲耳都係平時小食個隻味，其他都係中規中矩，無乜特別。雖然係叫外賣，但香草雞翼拎到返屋企仲係熱嘅，咬開都仲係有肉汁，肉質都算嫩滑，加埋香草嘅香氣真係唔錯。另外叫左一份一人青瓜小食，青瓜好清新好新鮮，口水汁味道相對酸辣撈薯粉嘅淡，但係係另一種嘅酸辣味，同樣好好味。
