坂奈御膳日式燒魚專門店係銅鑼灣已經開左有一段時間, 亦都曾經係飲食雜誌睇過關於呢間店嘅介紹, 其實老婆一早已經想去, 只不過對於唔太喜歡食熟魚嘅我黎講唔算好吸引。🙈難得Long weekend週末, 我地一早出左Time square睇過早場, 之後老婆竟然記得坂奈呢間燒魚店, 我唯有立刻Openrice搵地址帶佢去試下啦。餐廳位於謝斐道, 裝修好有日式小店風格, 座位不多樓底好高, 空間感充足。我地坐的位置可以望到師傅燒魚, 燒烤爐非常專業, 烤魚香味充滿整間餐廳。😙菜單好簡單, 只有兩頁, 主要都係以燒物為主, 另外我見到$98可以一手握赤蝦, 非常吸引, 不過師傅話午市已免費升級為御膳, 刺身已經有蝦, 所以最後都冇要到一手握赤蝦。師傅介紹我地食鹽燒高部魚, 呢款魚係香港好少見到, 所以我地點左一份, 另外點了鯛魚, 再加左一份老婆最愛嘅西京燒。😆午市免費升級御膳包括沙律, 刺身, 漁獲麵豉湯同飯, 份量都幾多。老婆唔食生野, 我可以食埋佢份刺身, 刺身蝦爽甜, 三文魚又係油脂充足嘅腩位, 一個人食兩份非常滿足。😍師傅介紹嘅高部魚外皮鹽燒好香脆, 魚味濃, 肉質細嫩, 雖然係外皮

師傅介紹嘅高部魚外皮鹽燒好香脆, 魚味濃, 肉質細嫩, 雖然係外皮已燒到香脆但魚肉仍然多汁。除左升級御膳外, 師傅仲送左一客關東煮俾我地品嚐, 味道濃郁之餘又唔會太咸, 唔錯。👍

鹽燒鯛魚老婆好喜歡, 而我就第一次食, 做型同鯛魚燒好似, 賣相好吸引, 魚肉好嫩, 超厚肉。平時我唔食熟魚, 不過呢個我都食左好多。😋

西京燒我地揀左牙帶魚, 同鹽燒果兩款魚味道唔同, 汁燒嘅牙帶魚因為用調左味嘅燒汁烤, 比較惹味, 不過相對鹽燒的魚味就冇咁突出, 我比較喜歡西京燒, 不過老婆就比較鍾意鹽燒果兩款, 仲話我唔識食魚。🙈

食燒魚當然要配酒飲啦, 我地揀左1杯梅酒同1杯柚子酒, 味道自然, 雖然酒味濃郁, 不過入口香甜清新。

呢度午市不需要加一, 又升級送埋刺身套餐, 價錢都係$68起, 相信之後嘅週末老婆都會成日要求過黎開餐。😆
