花園餐廳作為香港老字號餐廳,食物品質保持一貫水準,十年如一日,非常難得。今日叫咗佢嘅午市套餐;鐵板西冷牛扒,同埋鐵板肉眼扒,我個人比較鍾意肉眼牛扒三成熟,鍾意肉眼比較多汁肉淋,而且難得地食唔到梳打粉嘅味道,值得一讚。餐廳客人10個有九個都係食鐵板扒餐,看着服務員拿着蒜蓉汁黑椒汁邊行邊問,濃汁灑上鐵板吱吱咋響,煙霧彌漫,很有一番復古扒房風光,更是懷念。 鋸扒餐始終都係要有塊鐵板先有風味,佢午市套餐入邊其實都有碟上,只不過碟上硬係爭緊啲嘢,我諗你哋都明啦,有陣時人做嘢就係要一種儀式感,黑椒汁淋落鐵板你舉起大餐紙擋住醬汁反彈那畫面就是港人回憶。
