今日過咗去灣仔做嘢,一段時間無過嚟好多舖頭都已經改頭換面,其中就有一間好sharp嘅新開樓上火鍋店 — 起鍋,天氣岩岩轉涼正好可以一試!一入舖頭就感受到老闆嘅不惜工本,裝修行復古懷舊風,由壁畫到裝飾、鍋具、萬壽無疆碗碟等,全部都用心揀過,古色古香、氣派非凡,好多打卡位!絕世混醬($40/人)仲有獨家秘製混醬,除咗傳統醬汁同配料,仲有多款泰式配料,例如檸檬葉、金不換、南薑等,店員建議板上面左上角嘅醬料可以配海鮮,左下角嘅就最啱配靚牛肉,右手邊就適合配餃子、麵食。香茅清酒煮蜆($238)湯底全部都每日新鮮熬製,標榜無添加味精,一上枱滾咗,店員會先幫客人將蜆撈出,避免煮到過熟,然後就提我哋飲咗頭啖湯先,想落料再加湯。香茅味香濃又鮮甜,口味獨特!牛肉就係本地新鮮屠宰騸牯牛,我哋人少少就叫咗兩款,吊龍($168)係背脊肉,有人會叫肉眼邊,切得透薄,肉味香濃多汁又唔會韌。池板($168)就係前腿肌肉,師傅特別以蝴蝶切處理,肉片較厚,口感較爽韌,淡淡油脂感!手打墨魚丸($98)每粒都非常雪白,彈牙鮮甜!韭菜豬肉餃($68)自家製餃子皮薄餡靚,多汁又香,個人超鐘意,仲有多款泰式風味餃子!金錢肚($62

金錢肚($62)已焯過基本上煠一煠就食得,如果唔係會太韌,味道唔會太濃,著重食物原味。


龍蝦條($62)龍蝦丸變奏版,腐皮包住彈牙蝦肉餡,咬落有腐皮嘅油香!


本地時令菜拼盤2人份($138)餐廳提供本地種植嘅有機菜,今日就有皇帝菜、生菜、菜心同油墨菜,新鮮爽口。


整體來講,呢度氣氛超好,超熱鬧,好適合聚會,食物品質又有保證,等解禁成班人一齊食一齊飲聚下最開心!
