To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有看過《一路向西》的朋友就知道，向西村最出名什麼？不知道的話請自行Google !馬姐的麻辣燙，有BB辣、小辣、中辣、大辣，任君選擇。我只點了BB辣，也吃得出這滋味來。辣得來帶一點點麻痹的感覺，充滿家鄉風味。花生、肉碎、蔥菜，香口醒胃。光是呷一口湯底已經很過癮！我最喜歡的是刀削麵，薄而煙韌，用筷子夾起，還看到一點點通透的效果，沾着麻辣湯底吃，非常入味，麻辣的感覺滑到肚子裏。餸菜亦很多選擇，豬潤、大腸都是「車仔麵」必點吧！另外我很推介的是萵筍，清脆爽口，令麻辣的味道推到更高層次，大大碗也快速被吃光！
