身痕又想食浜燒野菜配鯷魚醬一路keep住溫度嘅鯷魚醬真係好好味,魚味濃郁,就算啲野菜條食晒,但一刻個鯷魚醬未食完,都唔可以拎走佢!!!和牛他他蓉沙律 ($188)配上羅馬生菜及紫菜,嫩滑嘅生和牛肉入面有青瓜粒、生洋蔥粒及黑椒,用羅馬生菜或紫菜包住食,前者索索聲好爽口,後者都係索索聲不過口感細膩啲;就算我唔鍾意食生牛肉,用呢個方法包住食感覺會冇咁raw,非常易入口金目鯛刺身 ($128)肉色偏紅,輕輕炙過嘅外層必晒啲魚油出嚟,食落有魚油香又夠厚身,好滿足時令活蠔刺身 ($158)比較少食西非蠔,食落好Creamy,海水味唔濃淡,肉身夠肥!北寄貝濱燒 ($198)之前喺樓下食過濱燒北寄貝,超級鍾意!所以訂位嗰陣訂埋要兩隻,煮熟後啲肉吸晒酒味,鮮味更突出,口感爽口彈牙磯野海鮮盛合 寶 ($998)鹽燒葫鯛聽都未聽過呢種魚,大廚用一夜干呢個方法處理,所以條魚嘅鮮味依然非常非常突出,肉質結實;魚皮嘅口感好得意,理論上鹽燒後係應該好脆㗎嘛,但佢偏煙韌,要用少少力先切得開,食落鹹鹹哋,好好味!濱燒白貝肉厚口感鮮嫩,無砂無渣鮑魚分別磯煮及濱燒,前者睇落好深色,但入味得嚟唔會好鹹,呢個主要係食鮑魚嘅軟綿
