To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日在其他餐廳吃東西，我一定會選擇困難症發作，由其是吃車仔麵的時候，但每次去這裡我一定能二話不說的做決定—我要一碗大尊！大尊有6個餸，價錢比單叫6個餸便宜，有比較傳統的車仔麵餸。這裡的特別之處，是每一樣餸也吃得出來是經過特別處理，十分入味。特別是豬紅，我在其他車仔麵店一般不會要豬紅，很怕它的味道，但這裡的不但入味，口感還很結實。總而言之，每一樣餸也不會讓你失望。它的湯底也是令人驚嘆，腩汁非常濃味，最怕車仔麵的湯底淡得像水一樣，在這裡一定不會吃到。愛吃辣的朋友更會對這裡的車仔麵愛不釋手，因它有麻辣及咖哩辣可供選擇，兩款辣也非常惹味，連我這個不太吃辣的人也喜歡。想試的朋友可能要碰運氣，因為午飯時間一定大排長龍，試過外賣也要等30分鐘，晚上很早就會關門，所以我下午茶時間去就最好了。
