友人平時成日推介呢間上海菜餐廳,不過由於地方唔太方便我,所以一直都無去試,今日難得有假放,就決定去食一食喇~餐廳位於美孚廣場,商場人流比較少,因為都無咩野行,不過餐廳反而有唔少客人,雖然未到滿座,但係都有八成坐滿。餐廳嘅風格都幾新派,用白色嘅雲石枱,簡單又有格調,另外有一排嘅梳發位,我地就安排坐嗰度,都幾舒適嫁首先由前菜食起,第一道就係我鍾意食嘅揚洲肴肉,呢到嘅擺盤都幾別緻,特登將肴肉切成菱形狀,再擺成類似花嘅狀態,賞心悦目!同其他餐廳嘅肴肉有啲唔同,普遍頂部嘅啫喱狀都係微黃透明嘅,而呢到就係咖啡色嘅,而下面就係切碎咗嘅豬蹄肉,如果豬蹄肉唔好咁碎嘅話,相信口感會更加好。而食肴肉又點可以唔配上大量嘅鎮江醋啊,醋酸味同凍凍嘅肴肉,令人大開胃口啊~~第二道冷盤亦都係我嘅摯愛,棒棒雞絲粉皮,望到呢個菜色真係流曬口水啊,底部係晶瑩亮麗嘅粉皮,中間有一層青瓜絲,之後係雞絲,最係大量嘅花生醬!!!! 食前用筷子將食材攪勻,令每一條粉皮都沾滿花生醬,帶點爽口嘅粉皮同青瓜絲令到口感更加豐富,同時青瓜絲都可以增加清新嘅味道,令人感覺無咁內疚,哈哈第三道係唔係度度有嘅金蓮火方,食材係分開上嘅,蒸籠就有三件貝

第三道係唔係度度有嘅金蓮火方,食材係分開上嘅,蒸籠就有三件貝殼形嘅饅頭,而且中間已經𠝹開咗,可以將青瓜片、蓮子同鹹鹹嘅金華火腿夾係入面,再係餡料到淋上桂花蜜糖,淡淡嘅花香同甜味,可以中和到金華火腿嘅鹹味同油膩感

第四道菜就要等耐啲喇,因為係幾考功夫嘅松子桂花魚,將桂花魚起好用,再將起好魚肉𠝹花,之後拎去炸,最後淋上甜酸嘅橙色醬汁、生果同松子,呢到用嘅係雜果罐頭黎,所以有菠蘿、車厘子、椰果等等生果係嗰醬到,酸甜味道幾平衡,而且魚肉仲帶點微脆,外脆內嫩,水準真係幾高

最後緊係要食甜品啦,呢到都有啲幾特別嘅中式甜品,就好似呢個講完個名都唔知係咩嘅金陵驢打滾咁,煙韌嘅糯米皮,捲住甜甜嘅紅豆蓉,之後就放係黃豆粉上面打滾,味道唔會太甜,可以食到紅豆蓉同黃豆粉香,個人幾鍾意食呢啲煙韌嘅甜品

另一個甜品就係燕麥芋頭,外型有啲似鳥結糖,將芋頭切成條狀,微微炸過之後,灑上大量嘅砂糖同燕麥,令炸芋頭條形成一個焦糖表面,咬開脆口嘅表面,中間都唔係太軟,而係比較實身,都真係有種似食緊芋頭糖嘅感覺~
