友人平時成日推介呢間上海菜餐廳,不過由於地方唔太方便我,所以一直都無去試,今日難得有假放,就決定去食一食喇~餐廳位於美孚廣場,商場人流比較少,因為都無咩野行,不過餐廳反而有唔少客人,雖然未到滿座,但係都有八成坐滿。餐廳嘅風格都幾新派,用白色嘅雲石枱,簡單又有格調,另外有一排嘅梳發位,我地就安排坐嗰度,都幾舒適嫁首先由前菜食起,第一道就係我鍾意食嘅揚洲肴肉,呢到嘅擺盤都幾別緻,特登將肴肉切成菱形狀,再擺成類似花嘅狀態,賞心悦目!同其他餐廳嘅肴肉有啲唔同,普遍頂部嘅啫喱狀都係微黃透明嘅,而呢到就係咖啡色嘅,而下面就係切碎咗嘅豬蹄肉,如果豬蹄肉唔好咁碎嘅話,相信口感會更加好。而食肴肉又點可以唔配上大量嘅鎮江醋啊,醋酸味同凍凍嘅肴肉,令人大開胃口啊~~第二道冷盤亦都係我嘅摯愛,棒棒雞絲粉皮,望到呢個菜色真係流曬口水啊,底部係晶瑩亮麗嘅粉皮,中間有一層青瓜絲,之後係雞絲,最係大量嘅花生醬!!!! 食前用筷子將食材攪勻,令每一條粉皮都沾滿花生醬,帶點爽口嘅粉皮同青瓜絲令到口感更加豐富,同時青瓜絲都可以增加清新嘅味道,令人感覺無咁內疚,哈哈第三道係唔係度度有嘅金蓮火方,食材係分開上嘅,蒸籠就有三件貝
