To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一間不知所謂的餐廳

因為呢間餐廳有join時代廣場coupon優惠，所以間中都會幫襯，剛剛八月中幫襯時，入座職員有通知lunch set不可以使用coupon，都明白的，因為lunch set都平，但我們當中有叫單點食物而金額亦都超過$200 ，照計應該可以使用一張coupon，但到買單嘅時候職員話因為張單group埋一齊，所以不能夠使用coupon，已經同佢理論話入座嘅時候冇話如果group埋一齊唔用得，然後我哋話咁分開張單埋，但職員又話唔俾，簡直不知所謂！另外服務真係10分差，永遠叫人舉手舉到手軟都冇人理，叫買單就9秒九隊張單埋黎！已經打咗上gaia group投訴, 差唔多成個月都未有回應，要我不斷打上去吹叫人回應我嘅投訴，呢間餐廳永遠都唔會再幫襯
