To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間似大排檔既酒店餐廳

早幾日見到呢間餐廳有特價去試下，啱啱去到餐廳見到一大班團體嘅長者講啲鄉下話嘅人喺入面坐曬喺度準備開餐，自助餐開始咗15分鐘，嗰啲團體嘅人個個都唔戴口罩喺出面攞嘢食攞嘢飲，其他食客都有同餐廳服務員反映有關情況，但未能夠即時得到回應，要等到餐廳經理走出去攞嘢食嘅地方一個一個提醒要戴口罩攞嘢食，佢哋先肯戴口罩，來來回回都搞咗半個鐘，如果疫情嚴重我諗好多食客都會即時走人。講番間餐廳有咩食先，其實都係一般午市自助餐嘅嘢食，唯獨佢哋不斷咁換款式，有新嘢 refill，但啲菜式似出面街邊檔28蚊三款嗰啲三餸飯一樣，另外呢間餐廳原來最基本果汁可樂都冇，凍嘢飲唔使諗，只係得薩莉亞嗰啲咖啡機畀你飲，整體比較失色。對回覆客人查詢方面，留意到有一家人問餐廳職員有沒有細叉供應，因為早餐他們食嗰時係有的，到下午既時間職員堅持沒有，就不再理會該枱客人，酒店呢啲服務質素係咪要改善呢？至於酒店泊車方面，餐廳經理話使用了優惠券就沒有兩小時的免費泊車，呢個比較失望。想吸引人流係咪真係要收35蚊一個鐘泊車收費？留返酒店自己諗
