To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 尋晚同一班素友一齊嚟到紫竹林食晚飯, 環境優靜,地方乾淨, 老闆同老闆娘非常之友善而且笑容可嘉 ,食物方面有部分食物偏鹹 ,但食材好足好好食, 提議畀老闆同老闆娘話有部份餸比較偏鹹, 佢哋都肯聆聽, 好食嘅菜係特別苦瓜炒腐竹, 裏面食落好似蛋一樣但其實係用腐竹做, 唔食苦瓜嘅我都覺得呢一道餸好好食, 佢哋嘅餃子十分美味,有湯或者煎兩款, 食素多年嘅我好耐冇食kfc, 嚟到呢度就一定要食佢哋kfc菇菇味道好,像真度好高,值得一試, 紫竹林係一間有心經營的素食店,材料新鮮值得推介!
