今晚誤打誤撞入左呢間日本菜餐廳食野,絕對要高度評價一下。開頭見佢個名叫"月。火鳳燒鳥" 諗住佢係食串燒或者燒肉之類,點知原來都係居酒屋形式既日本餐廳,所以餐廳唔會有一大陣燒烤味,反而好乾淨企理,地下係bar枱,二樓係tatami既格局,感覺唔錯。我對餐廳既煮食用具特別有興趣,因為平時就算open kitchen都無見到咁多儀器,其中有一部儀器師父解釋比我聽就係為左可以底同面都可以燒到食物,令食物燒得更均衡,更易控制火喉,真係聽完都對我黎緊要食既野充滿期望。果然食物質素真係好高,首先油甘魚刺身同池魚刺身,肉質細嫩鬆軟,晶瑩剔透,好新鮮。跟住個汁煮牛舌超級入味,牛味勁出肉質一流。前菜食完就到左今晚d重頭戲燒物喇,首先呢個燒扇貝真係肉感十足,帶子份量多,又香又甜,真係食到停唔到口。燒章紅魚就真係燒得啱啱好,而且燒得均衡,肉味好香,皮夠脆,配埋杯sake絕對係人間極品。最後試埋佢個招牌菜燒免治雞肉串,肉感又係好足,雞肉好滑口感一流。好耐無食完餐飯會滿足,值得推介。
