To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一間我幾鍾意食嘅餐廳

第一次寫食評就寫一間，我食片皮鴨就第一時間諗起佢嘅餐廳《大都烤鴨》！首先，相比起其他食烤鴨嘅餐廳，我特別鍾意佢嘅細心位就係，佢啲皮係唔會黐埋一舊一舊。因為佢中間有啲只分隔著啲皮，所以食起嚟都會比較方便。講番啲烤鴨，大刀烤鴨所選嘅鴨比較多油份，食上嚟會比較香口。而且烤嘅時間唔會過長岩岩好，夾埋啲配料一齊食既好岩味。讚完就梗係有一啲位美中不足，係要進步嘅。就係佢哋嘅烤鴨同埋餅皮嘅比例實在係有啲唔夾，我哋食晒啲皮都仲有唔少鴨喺度，冇咗皮咁食鴨好似怪左少少咁。不過無論如何，佢暫時都係我食片皮鴨嘅首選！
