第一次寫食評就寫一間,我食片皮鴨就第一時間諗起佢嘅餐廳《大都烤鴨》!首先,相比起其他食烤鴨嘅餐廳,我特別鍾意佢嘅細心位就係,佢啲皮係唔會黐埋一舊一舊。因為佢中間有啲只分隔著啲皮,所以食起嚟都會比較方便。講番啲烤鴨,大刀烤鴨所選嘅鴨比較多油份,食上嚟會比較香口。而且烤嘅時間唔會過長岩岩好,夾埋啲配料一齊食既好岩味。讚完就梗係有一啲位美中不足,係要進步嘅。就係佢哋嘅烤鴨同埋餅皮嘅比例實在係有啲唔夾,我哋食晒啲皮都仲有唔少鴨喺度,冇咗皮咁食鴨好似怪左少少咁。不過無論如何,佢暫時都係我食片皮鴨嘅首選!
