To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

千両啲壽司同埋魚生都幾好食，所以我呢一個禮拜都去咗兩次。而且價錢都幾抵食，我叫咁大盤壽司都係$468。而且地方嘅乾淨又坐得舒服，Waiter服務又好。除咗壽司同魚生，其實仲有好多嘅居酒屋食物，雖然呢佢就有迴轉壽司，不過我覺得都係點佢嗰啲係餐牌嘅壽司會比較好！而家沙律都幾新鮮。不過串燒就唔好食，因為個串燒份量好細，同埋冇乜香味。我諗大家都知喺千両食壽司消費係可以做會員，佢好似俾你一個月限期食夠$1300就已經可以做到Elite嘅會員，咁佢就會送啲coupon俾你!
