To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本人同同事(共四位)一齊去此分店吃午餐,點了定食套餐(1A3C),下单時間為1210 ,結果只來了二份餐(1A1C),還欠兩個,1230已經反映有沒失单,結果回复我的答案叫我‘等下先’,1235先有下單員工見到‘你地未有得食呀’。才進去取餐。最可惡的事,比我遲來10分鐘的客人,反而比我們早上餐,而且還是我們消失的C餐。雖然我們身穿工作制服去你們公司吃午餐,是否有影響你們做生意,但不用這樣歧視工人,進門也是客,雖然我們消費並不高,但不必要這樣對客人嗎?另外一個問題是食材,是否貴公司越來越環保,大多數日式料理是不會把不完整的食材上台,但貴公司員工非常環保,可以把不完整的蝦刺身上台給客人吃,完全漠視日式料理的要求。
