To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日有時間和一家人去食晚餐,去下觀塘apm行。行下行下去到食晚餐時間了,家人想試下這間便這間吧。相片可見,小朋友最鍾意的一定是小食串燒,都好好食。我自己便覺得豬肉串燒有一點硬,小朋友不一定食得到。我便鍾意個沙嗲醬,可以再要多d。菠蘿炒飯想不到是孩子鍾意的,原來不是個炒飯特別,而是孩子不停的食個菠蘿我都覺得炒貴刁不錯,如果可以多一些海鮮便可以更好了,份量是okay 的。今次的彩蛋是個風景。自從裕民坊成了香港人的集體回憶,景觀開揚很多了。。。
