琴日中午係太子搵食,見到一間門面吸引的燒味店,打算幫襯下,估唔到一食難忘咁吸引!店名「齒留香」顧名思義是食完呢度的燒味會齒頰留香。果然好食,簡直可以形容全九龍最好食的叉燒可以係呢度食到!午餐送粉葛豬骨雞腳湯,濃得來飲完一d口渴感覺都無,肯定絕無味精添加👍🏻見多數人都叫叉燒,我都唔執輸,點了叉燒燒肉雙拼。上台好快,未食已經讓嗅覺享受個夠。叉燒入口嫩而甘香,甜味適中,不會蓋過肉的鮮香。肥瘦適宜,雖然厚切,卻容易咬嚼,每啖都充滿柴火烤製的木香,一流!燒肉雖然係配角(我自己覺得😝),但絕不亞於一級叉燒的滋味!燒肉皮燒到脆脆地,少許燶但不怕苦鹹。肉的肥瘦分明,而瘦偏多所以啱晒多肉少肥的人🤤*我建議只需食原味已經好好,不需要額外點芥末醬,因為本身d肉已經醃得剛剛好,因此燒完味道一流*另一樣值得一讚的係,舖頭賣既款式好多,廚房、燒味部絕不馬虎,值得推介!
