To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

終於來到這店。看了餐牌，有很多抹茶甜茶可選擇，又想食souffle, 又想食這店出名的抹茶丸久小山園抹茶卷，還有其它選擇，很好。入去，只有一個客，我們終於決定食souffle. 等了15分鐘左右便做好，看上去做得很好，高高的,souffle 發得剛好，不像那些拿到來已變型那些凹咗那些.，做souffle有一定的艱度，這店出品好有水準，滿意，好有經驗的chef，有souffle的質感,在香港地食到也不錯，很好。. 我們也叫了兩杯咖啡，大大杯。一件souffle 加兩杯咖啡，也只是$125. 唔貴。老板是個有心做好甜店的人，有志氣，要支持。
