To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一顆對譚仔不變的心

譚仔最近新推出補身養生蟲草花雞湯底，喚起了我對譚仔的感情。但進入譚仔的我，最後竟然沒有貪新忘舊。懷著一顆對譚仔不變的心的我，仍然選了喜愛的酸辣湯底，兩餸分別是腐皮，炸醬。原本有的腐皮我嫌不夠，要加底才合我心意。每一口麵加一口炸醬，真是百吃不厭，身邊的同事們都中了譚仔的癮。另外選了蒜泥白肉，一如既往，蒜泥量超多，豬腩肉薄切拌蒜泥吃，十分惹味。解辣當然少不了加杯凍檸茶，檸味，茶味，是我不會厭的港式口味。
