To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一食再食，還是中環這家好！

之前曾經多次去過豚王在銅鑼灣的分店，今次終於有機會去中環呢家試試喇！跟男朋友大約7點15分到，係我地前面大約有6個人已經排緊，不過條龍都move 得好快，我地未選好拉麵就已經入得喇！環境方面，我覺得比銅鑼灣店還要寬敞還要舒服，我地被安排坐bar 台，但一d 都唔迫，同隔離既陌生人都可以相隔大半個身位，至少我既筷子唔會碰到其他人啦～我地兩個叫左一個黑王、一個豚王，再加一個溏心蛋。都是選普通濃度普通硬度，一如既往，黑王依然係我既最愛！黑王其中一個特別之處在於佢有一小球墨汁肉碎，肉味同墨汁配搭得好好，將佢混合麵一齊食，又香又濃郁！相比之下豚王就無黑王咁出色了，雖然同樣的有質素：拉麵煙韌彈牙、义燒夠滑，但湯底相對上就比較單調清淡，適合喜愛清淡的朋友～至於溏心蛋呢，三個字：無得彈！蛋又滑又香，而且係流心的～必叫！
