福建菜在香港比較少有,我覺得哩間算唔錯。興化米粉($82),炒得唔錯,米粉唔會一舊舊,味道調較得唔錯,唔會過鹹,蝦球好彈牙。江口家鄉海蠣湯($98),湯底好重蠔仔既鮮味,而且好足料好多蠔仔。九轉小腸($79),有d似豬大腸,但佢唔會有豬大腸既肥膏,而且好爽口。椒鹽豬手($39),size有類似雞上脾咁大,炸得好脆卜卜。酥炸椒鹽海蠣($98),都係炸得好香口既餸,一口一粒,咬落又脆又香,原來蠔仔用炸既煮法都唔錯。
