東來順有朋自遠方來,而且還是外國人,每次決定晚飯的地點也要好好考慮,今次決定到帝苑酒店的東來順,地點方便,食物美味,價錢合理,裝修富有中國色彩,各方面也符合我的要求,太好了~我們叫了半席(經典名菜宴)套餐$2388,另加一服務費,價錢也很合理。頭盤六福臨門,這是六道冷盤,有金陵鹽水鴨、蒜泥黃瓜、四喜烤麩、蔥油蜇頭、無錫脆鱔及花彫醉雞。金陵鹽水鴨,雖然有咸味,但蓋不住鴨本身的腥味,所以我只吃了一塊蒜泥黃瓜,夠蒜味,黃瓜又夠爽脆,四喜烤麩,我一向不喜歡吃四喜烤麩,因為曾經吃過的不是很甜就是很油,所以一向沒好感,今次友人夾了一口給我,我不好意思拒絕,所以吃了,味道竟然還不錯蔥油蜇頭,很脆,ok~無錫脆鱔,很脆!加了醋,所以脆得來酸酸地,幾香口~花彫醉雞,酒味香,雞也滑~湖蟹影,其實就是蟹肉加了咸蛋黃再放在鍋巴,蟹肉很鮮甜,啖啖肉,加上蛋黃的咸香,最欣賞廚師在上面加了一片薄荷葉,令吃我時候整體的味道層次更分明,旁邊還有一隻可愛的蟹形啫喱伴碟,原來是薑味啫喱,用來驅寒,很細心喔~也要讚一下用來伴碟的鶴,把這道菜增色不少,大家還爭著拍照呢!這道菜最好味道富貴全家福,用了娃娃菜、魚肚、鮮鮑魚、

富貴全家福,用了娃娃菜、魚肚、鮮鮑魚、乾瑤柱、蝦丸、雞及金華火腿煮成的湯,這碗湯除了鮮味之外真的很足料,連外國朋友也讚口不絕

酸菜魚湯煮東星,味道就好像用胡椒豬肚湯煮東星,很重胡椒味!我覚得浪費了這條魚,因為帶不出魚的鮮味,很可惜~幸好魚很新鮮,肉也很滑~只是有點小~

內蒙古烤牛羊串,有牛肉串及羊肉串兩種,可點孜然粉吃,可惜只是炸的不烤的,羊肉串有芝麻散在面,而牛肉串就沒有,以作分別,但是兩者都做得不好,因為太乾又沒肉汁,所以還有剩餘外帶了~
珍菌上湯菜苗,主要是雜菌扒菜苗,雜菌煮得入味,有清甜的菇味,菜苗也很嫩很新鮮~

北京雞肉餃子,皮夠薄,雞肉還有肉汁,可點醋吃,由於我媽媽經常包餃子的,所以對餃子有一點點要求,皮是自家搓那種,吃到媽媽包餃子的感覺
黃金大餅,是葱油餅的一種,餅面全是芝麻,中間有葱,餅底很脆,不算很油~

點有玫瑰糕、驢打滾及時令水果,玫瑰糕是花形的啫喱,分兩層,上層是玫瑰花味,好清香,我鍾意!下層是荔枝味,幾清甜~

驢打滾,就是糯米粉團卷著紅豆蓉,然後洒上芝麻花生粉的甜點,食法有點像糖不甩,糯米粉團很煙韌,紅豆蓉也很甜,不錯~
整體食物質素也不錯,服務也很好,不斷有侍應為我們加茶,今晚客人也很滿意~
