途經銅鑼灣廣場outback,忽然想起好耐無食bloomin' onion,決定入去食過早早的晚餐。驚喜地發現餐牌有slow cook牛肉,order時waitress回覆係:要5點之後先有得order。咁我地坐低都4:52啦,咪話等到5點叫,waitress又話唔知有無喎。最尾請佢返入去問下,結果面黑黑咁去咗好耐。Bloomin' onion好黑,似炸過籠,得過油字慢煮牛肉,粉紅色,medium rare變rare,勝在牛肉夠淋,微溫Seafood長通粉,入邊只得三文魚同蝦,又係微暖。原來成餐最暖嘅係薯條
