To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本來只是想看看有沒有茶餐廳類食物,沒想過原來銀龍現在的價位那麼高。隨隨便便一個常餐,竟然索價$46 算了,午餐起標價更加是48甚至乎$50, 在天水圍這一區真是付出高價錢卻沒有特別美味的東西吃。 這一間銀龍相比市區的其他分店新式得多,但其實中午時段12時許接近一時,即使沒有坐門人客,見完還是會要求你搭枱,兩名完全不認識的食客對座,勁來的電視機又未能接駁,食客被逼低頭 常餐的沙嗲牛肉麵不太久便端來了,麵條有點有彈性,不算是煮了太久,所以不太林,有點彈性還好。味道普通,牛肉不算少,大片而有點沙嗲醬,但沒甚麼牛肉味。 豬仔包其實沒什麼特別味道, 不太鬆化,有一格牛油供食客自己塗上麵包,其實與沙嗲牛肉麵及火腿奄列不太搭調。火腿奄列的有點兒過熟,味道只是普普通通。成個常餐都沒有什麼特色可言,令我聯想到, 如果將不同茶餐廳的常餐放在外賣飯盒中,我想根本沒有人可以分得室是屬於一家的。 茶走味道不錯,在這一款同類型的歸家茶餐廳之中,銀龍的奶茶,已經算是比較茶味濃郁。 這屋邨街市已被領滙進佔,成為新式冷氣街市,連買麵包都要光顧聖安娜。更加瘋狂的是,在同一個商場的上層, 居然開

常餐的
沙嗲牛肉麵不太久便端來了,麵條有點有彈性,不算是煮了太久,所以不太林,有點彈性還好。味道普通,牛肉不算少,大片而有點沙嗲醬,但沒甚麼牛肉味。

茶走味道不錯,在這一款同類型的歸家茶餐廳之中,銀龍的奶茶,已經算是比較茶味濃郁。

這屋邨街市已被領滙進佔,成為新式冷氣街市,連買麵包都要光顧聖安娜。更加瘋狂的是,在同一個商場的上層, 居然開了以往在九龍灣只有老闆才會去吃午膳的貴夾唔飽西餐-茜廊
;就好像青衣戲棚,雖然近年來知名度不斷提高,在青衣鐵路站步往的遊人相當多,但其實食物種類漸漸一體化,跟年宵又或是美食博覽漸漸變得相同,那麼外出還有什麼意義。

沒法子,不少人認為要進步就要革新,他們常說懷愐過去只會故步自封,所以沒有什麼是不能拆的,於現今屋村商場,都變得一式一樣
,別吃個午餐,都要靠銀龍,那我倒不如帶飯,或是吃個麥當勞算罷。
