話說今日中午同朋友兩個人食敏華,因為係星期日中午時段,所以都要排隊等位。等左大概5-10 分鐘,伙記先一下子安排3至4枱客入座(包括我哋),當時已經覺得佢哋好似唔夠人手咁⋯anyway,都order左蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯、沙茶醬牛肉公仔麵(連煎熟蛋加多士)、熱檸茶同凍奶茶。講番哩間敏華,係新開分店,所以我或多或少會同太古城中心嗰間舊店做比較。蔥油豬扒煎雙蛋飯係我嘅favorite,十次去太古城舊店七、八次order佢,豬扒好tender好食,不過會有D滯,味道黎講兩間冇乜分別,唯一分別係康怡新店得好少蔥油,所以扣左分。牛肉公仔麵個沙茶醬湯底就真係比舊店淡。兩杯野飲都唔夠茶味,奶茶亦唔滑。至於份多士煎熟蛋就漏左單,叫左伙記幾次,等左三十分鐘先黎,但因為某D不快原因,我哋cancel左order。另一樣係,因為之前哩個舖位係酒樓,宜家變成三間連著一起的食肆,一入去係敏華,之後係亞參,最入係食好D,有D想去亞參嘅客唔知,就照排門口敏華條隊,又冇侍應提佢哋,浪費左D客嘅時候,有D混亂。
