To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

首次到七喜是15年前的土瓜灣店, 初嚐蜆介鯪魚球,今天再度重温, 但地點轉了太子。一如以往, 鯪魚球炸得夠香, 但我愛的卻是它的蜆介, 咸味適中, 配上炸物, 即時變成人間美食。第二道美食必定是爽脆鮮魚皮, 混合麻油, 芝麻, 薑蔥絲, 炸花生, 鼓油等....同時轟炸味蕾, 回想起都流口水。味道一流, 但略嫌價錢有點貴, 兩個小食比普通一個晚餐還貴,魚皮也比以往少了。
