To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次去七喜，大約廿年前，就係呢間太子店，一食就愛上，幾乎去親花墟就會嚟食。其他分店都有食過，呢間最就腳。佢嘅炸鯪魚球係必食，只係人少我改食伊麵，係呀，呢度係少有供應伊麵嘅食店，同埋玻璃樽可樂都係呢度有，要強調玻璃樽呀，個人覺得味道好多㗎!今次早啲食晚餐，咁啱有卡位就坐啦，叫咗碗雲吞伊，一碟通菜同玻璃樽可樂。雲吞有5粒，皮薄又熟透(有比較就知呢度好)，蝦又爽彈，豬肉份量又啱啱好。未嚟前諗緊油菜叫通菜，佢會跟咩油，哈，原來跟腐孔上，又啱喎!]
