星期四係七夕,藉七夕呢個節日同老公去食返餐好既晚餐。我地揀左係新開既犇Ushidoki食晚市和牛Omakase,每道菜都相當精緻,而且從來無食過,充滿新鮮感,樣樣都係主打。廚師來自日本,所有侍應都識講日文,服務態度非常好,滿分既體驗。冷鉢作為第一道菜,絕對起到開胃既作用。所有和牛都用上A4-A5級,輕輕燙過,保有牛既鮮味,用上日本番茄同山藥,醋啫喱酸酸地,最後灑上烏魚子。縱使有好多食材,但互相唔會衝突,非常融和。座付湯用上熬左四個鐘既牛脷湯加六個鐘既雞湯混合而成,牛脷非常軟腍,好好食。 凌ぎ和牛壽司食左下面個件先,因為比較清,配以魚子醬,上面個件用肉眼部分,所以後食,配以蘋果紅酒汁。向付牛肉他他加左洋蔥,肉質嫩滑,配以海膽、限量既海苔天婦羅、魚子醬一齊食更加出色。溫物壽喜燒加松茸,好高級既享受,牛肉要搭配日本洋蔥、日本溫泉蛋一齊食,最後撈白飯食好正。箸休中間以青梅冰清一清個口,食一啖好軟身既青梅,再食一啖冰。強肴吉列牛三文治配海膽、魚子醬,擺盤好有心思,完全無諗過三文治可以擺得甘靚,當然都好食啦。替鉢一打開櫻花木煙燻飄出黎,牛用上菲力,好軟腍,底下係茄子,仲有一舊仿茄子既付,好可愛。燒
