相约友人到銅鑼灣飯聚,當天卻收到老公來電:七月十四,不准夜歸。  原來當天是七月十四,又稱鬼節。這種日子,我可不想在這天晚上在街上流連呢!   會合過友人後,決定吃韓燒,貪其人氣旺盛吧!果然,漢拏山已告滿座,惟有退而求其次,選同層的達人烤肉。久仰「達人」這品牌多時,既包車又熨烤的,感覺充滿玩味感,就試試吧!    店內客人寥寥可數,難道是鬼節效應?不過,我的擔心是多餘的,這兒愈夜愈熱鬧,年輕真好,百無禁忌。既與漢拏山同層,不免要拿來比對一下。老實説,在装潢上,除了漢拏山較新外,基本就是一個模樣兒。一樣的油桶燒烤,一㨾的街頭風格,畢竟就是韓風效應吧。不過,這兒光顧的韓人不少,被韓語環境包圍着的我倆,倒有點分不清身處何處了。    一坐下,前菜佐醬早已備妥,店員極速調好爐火,並遞上餐牌。早有協議速食速逃,也不多作考慮,二話不説就點了特級套餐(2-3人用)($520)。  未開動前先吃前菜,前菜只有泡菜、韓式魚片和辣醬大豆芽,大豆芽鮮辣惹味,韓式魚片也不錯。前菜不多,亮點在於爐邊烤蛋和芝士粟米! 烤蛋是沒有泡菜的版本,風味始終不及喜來稀肉,惟有自已動手DIY吧! 芝士粟米卻是人見人愛,溶化了

切成長條狀的護心肉烤熟有一定難度,還是請侍應代勞吧。

第一次嘗到以酒醃製的烤肉,吃時不覺酒香,相信是為着令肉質鬆軟而用上紅酒吧! 此五花肉由韓藉老闆為我們燒烤,切成片狀的五花腩呈金黃色,入口脂香豐腴,肉質鬆軟得很,是眾多烤肉當中最出色的。
