冰花抄手蒜芯豬肉餃🤍🤍🤍食落係真係有紅油抄手嘅紅油味,但係味道有少少淡;我本身超級中意食蒜,但係就呢個情況而言,蒜芯有啲俾得太多,再加上紅油淡,食食下就變咗食緊蒜味餃子點咗少少紅油咗,or even 無點鰹魚昆布湯烏冬+花枝丸🤍🤍烏冬叫咗中辣,有趣嘅係呢到加嘅辣係紅油抄手嘅花椒油,係真係會辣嘅,但整體無乜特別煎黑白松露豬肉餃🤍🤍🤍一咬落去有好香嘅松露味,而我本身prefer嘅肉係鮮肉餃嘅質地,即係比較滑身同會有少少筋嘅感覺,但原來係豬肉餃,即係比較嚡身嘅;我自己覺得如果呢款餃子同抄手豬肉餃可以轉用鮮肉餃會好食啲煎墨醉雞餃🤍🤍花雕嘅味道非常非常淡,要認真㗳落先食到少少,不過用雞肉做餃子餡係一個幾有趣嘅嘗試;個肉本身好食,但會希望花雕嘅味道重返多啲 芝麻雞翼🤍🤍🤍炸雞軟骨串🤍雞軟骨麻麻地,食雞軟骨就係想食軟骨爽脆嘅感覺,而佢肉多過骨,甚至有幾粒直頭無骨!整體而言,餃子嘅口味上係好特別嘅,但無一隻口味係會驚為天人,希望可以每隻味都再develop一下,咁就每樣都可以成為招牌!

花雕嘅味道非常非常淡,要認真㗳落先食到少少,不過用雞肉做餃子餡係一個幾有趣嘅嘗試;個肉本身好食,但會希望花雕嘅味道重返多啲
