第一次搞飲食生意即碰釘,專程出黎搵老友傾傾計、取取經先!應該無九年都有八年無黎幫襯喇,上海老店菜色都係大同小異啦,基本傳統長青最穩陣。老友忙著招呼食客、落單、收錢,我都係一個人靜靜坐低食下野先。等埋收工齊齊去下場,隊返兩杯聚聚舊。大血湯,以前唔知係咩湯,自從係深圳東門飲過後知係鴨紅湯喇!而且仲有鴨腎鴨肉鴨腸做配料,湯底散發著濃濃鴨肉可口味道,甜美不羶。鴨紅滑滑,比豬紅雞紅更好食,連湯一齊倒入口,熱燙燙滋味無窮。清炒鱔糊,其實我想食芽菜炒架,口快快叫左清炒。黃鱔柳好彈牙結實喎,鑊氣迫人熱騰騰送上,紅燒芡甜美中帶絲絲咸香,厚薄剛剛將鱔柳完全包著。就算不撈飯,淨食都不油不膩,我當然全部消滅啦,正!多謝太子爺請客,太客氣了。醉雞,賣相雖然有點甩皮甩骨,不過傳來陣陣花雕優香,使到食慾大增,食左先講!髀肉嫩滑結實,胸肉有點乾鞋,尚算可以。酒香甜而芬芳,不澀不濁,整體中品。蟹粉小籠包,蒸到有點塌及變形,不是肥嘟嘟又脹卜卜呢,外觀有點扣分。似乎放左段時間,並不是即蒸。豬肉味鮮而肉質彈彈,鮮甜甘香蟹粉混埋點點豬肉汁,沾上黑醋食得津津有味!煎鍋貼,餃底香脆、餃面濕潤,豬肉香香甜甜又不乏肉汁,原粒整隻啪入口

煎鍋貼,餃底香脆、餃面濕潤,豬肉香香甜甜又不乏肉汁,原粒整隻啪入口,質感豐富多變,味道出色,滿意。

豉椒炒蜆,罕見又難得生炒活蜆,原汁原味又鮮甜無比,飽滿肥嘟嘟,嫩滑彈彈又充滿海水咸香。豉椒芡甜美可口,不嗆不濁,厚薄適中唔會杰撻撻,高質美味又滿意!

芽菜炒鱔糊,清炒跟芽菜炒各有特色,各有滋味之處。鱔柳同樣味濃結實又彈牙,混上辛辣蒜蓉惹味帶甜又吸引,芽菜爽嫩充滿水份趙到索索聲!各濕所長,併奏美味樂章,不錯不錯。

獅子頭,份量都不少,熱騰騰送上兩大舊獅子頭配大量白菜仔,氣味芬芳撲鼻,熱力迫人,裝得碟子滿瀉!雖然做不到花功夫的全手剁免治豬肉,不過質感還算滿意。

先炸後炆的巨肉丸外層鬆化吸盡醬汁,裡面水潤肉汁處處,趙落豬味濃而富彈性。重口味,味道特濃又霸道,來碗白飯伴一伴是最好的選擇!
