To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一向食開所向無敵的一哥焗豬扒飯今日特意前來試試剛剛出場的白汁菠菜海鮮焗飯 $38配酥皮海鮮湯 (貴焗豬二蚊) 先黎評評溫度 : 唔夠熱絕對是焗飯的大忌,, 情況係唔使吹凍都可以大啖入口 飯底 : 理應和一哥焗豬扒飯的底一樣, 但無奈飯比較干而且幾硬, 起晒角咁 白汁底: 稀溜溜的微薄芝士味, 唔好期望有o的乜味, 只是白色而已主題海鮮 : 蟹柳半條, 一片無味的魚, 一隻蝦, , 有兩至三條菠菜, 呀 ….還有最多的紅椒等 就係咁多 唔好食又唔抵食, 因為飯底明顯係小左 一個女仔食都唔夠飽 酥皮海鮮湯 : 帶返屋企品嚐 酥皮與海鮮湯分開上, 都幾貼心小女子對白湯一向無乜期望, 呢碗亦都無驚喜出現反而酥皮又幾好, 過左幾個鐘食亦無出油情況出現牛油味香而且還保持鬆脆呢

主題海鮮 : 蟹柳半條, 一片無味的魚, 一隻蝦, , 有兩至三條菠菜,
呀 ….還有最多的紅椒等 就係咁多
