訂坐12月26號晚上吃飯，現場大約八成滿坐，食物質素還可以，三個大人，兩個小朋友，沒有叫酒，埋單2600 多。不滿意所有串燒項目均要求客人雙份才能成單，不能單點一份，我問服務員：「一人吃飯也不能單點？還是不能一人吃飯」服務員：「一人吃飯可以的。」我：「那我們分開單子，可以嗎？」服務員：「...」我：「算了吧。」不明白為何串燒不能單點，想試一下是否美味再決定數量是否加單，或是只有部份人想單點串燒，在居酒屋也不可以？是廚師太懶？存起足夠份量才起手煮？還是強迫客人的「促銷」手法？在客人來說，這完全不是一個「得體的」服務體驗。
