銅鑼灣「澳門逸園中心」食肆林立,菜式選擇多。今天選了17樓“鳥居”吃午餐。餐廳裝飾古樸日式風格,令人仿如置身江戶時代的日本。餐廳有多款「午市定食」可以選擇,午市定食包括“前菜”、“茶碗蒸”、“湯”、“主食”。主食:“一本鰻魚飯定食”,原條鰻魚,份量豐富,鰻魚肉質肥美甘甜,加上燒得香噴噴,配上照燒汁,特別美味。更有香滑炒蛋伴飯,口感雙重享受。“溫泉蛋燒鳥定食”,四款串燒+溫泉蛋飯,串燒有:雞翼、雞肉大蔥、冬菇、西京鲇魚,都燒得微微焦香,其中的大號雞中翼,肉質鮮嫩,特別惹味。燒冬菇也有意想不到的效果,把冬菇的香味完全發揮出來。半熟溫泉蛋配上紫菜米飯,又是另一番風味。“前菜”,芝麻豆腐,配上日式麻醬,香軟可口。“茶碗蒸”,蛋蒸得很滑溜,加上蟹柳、冬菇粒,添加不同口感。“湯”,足料味噌湯,有昆布、豆腐、蜆等,鹹鮮味道,十分美味。這裏的環境氣氛不俗,食物有質素,我會下次再來嚐晚餐。

放假和朋友行街食飯,呢間餐廳裡面環境好舒適。而我比較喜歡居酒屋的串燒,總覺得廚師在時間上控制得比較好,令食物質素有水準!中午時段,我地揀咗兩個套餐,包括有主食、前菜、茶碗蒸和味噌湯,好豐富!《特上6本》有厚切牛舌、西京鮎魚、露荀豬肉卷、鹽燒牛肉、雞翼和冬菇等;廚師用心制作,端上桌時聞到陣陣香味,火侯控制得相當唔錯,令到食物外甘香而肉質嫩滑。特別喜歡厚切牛舌,口感好好,外香肉嫩!鹽燒牛肉和雞翼,在上面灑上海鹽和香草,燒烤後香氣四溢!還有豬豚肉和露荀好夾,薄薄豚肉包裹着新鮮露荀,甘香而清爽,唔覺好肥膩!《一本鰻魚飯定食》鰻魚經炭火烤香後,淋上香甜鰻魚汁,飯面上鋪有嫩滑雞蛋,加上爽口的米飯,鰻魚甘香有肉汁,食落啖啖肉,好滋味!
