To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三五成群都可以食的普通餐

平日我超過兩個朋友聚會就多數會選擇一些有特色的餐廳，因為一個人都可以食的餐廳，自己一個去食都可以。但今次我和朋友三人選擇了這個，點解？因為大家都唔係太肚餓和將軍澳在星期天真係很難等位，四周都充滿人龍，那簡簡單單就算數啦！三人在譚仔，可以有咩選擇？原來都可以好滿足：這個米線，一個人又太大，三個人分就剛剛好。咩都有，你喜歡什麼和朋友夾一夾，大家各自滿足。這個皮蛋很有賣相，其實味道就唔係太出。很難令人有一試再試的感覺，不過譚仔選擇少，朋友對皮蛋又情有獨鍾，所以好唔好食，其實都會點選。最後還點了一個香草雞翼，那款雞翼唔太入味，都係土匪雞翼最好。這餐三個人食剛剛好，清曬桌上所有東西，其實朋友聚會可以好簡單。P.S這間餐廳服務方面，其實可以更好，姐姐落單時已經出錯，公司的最新資訊，又好似唔知，雖然我都明白，忙中有錯在所難免。

很難令人有一試再試的感覺，不過譚仔選擇少，朋友對皮蛋又情有獨鍾，所以好唔好食，其實都會點選。
