上個禮拜約咗幾個朋友食飯,成日唔係日本菜就打邊爐,有啲厭,上openrice 咁啱比我搵到呢間法式私房菜,抱着一試嘅心態打電話去早上打去訂位,點知又訂到喎,訂咗七點半,係尖沙咀返工嘅我,6點45分就到左,見自己早到又肚餓,叫咗一個吞拿魚他他同一杯生啤食住等⋯個吞拿魚汁酸酸辣辣好惹味又食到吞拿魚嘅鲜味,配埋杯生啤,正!之後有兩個朋友都早度,佢哋都唔執輸叫咗個西班牙風乾火腿拚盤,個火腿拼盤都幾大碟,有三種唔同嘅火腿,鹹香比Parma ham 輕小小但較鬆化配埋蜜瓜好好食,另外有兩隻cold cut meat 都好香肉味,頭本揀咗珍寶帶子同鴨肝,帶子外熟內生一點都唔鞋口,勁!鴨肝煎到金黃色微微焦外脆內滑又夠濃郁配埋個雜苺汁,絕對係一流,唔同平時食開嗰啲,我好好奇問個侍應其實有咩分別?個侍應話:外邊好多餐廳都係用匈牙利鴨肝,所以要沾粉煎如果唔係會唔脆同散開,我哋用嘅係正宗法國貨 所以會好D⋯,湯要左個法式龍蝦湯,味道一定好過太平館,但唔係我試過最好嘅,不過龍蝦味都好出只係啲龍蝦肉太少,中上啦⋯主菜要咗法國油鴨比,日本水飼豬架同prime rib eye , 油鴨比肉質夠嫩滑皮小小脆,好食,豬架
