今日同朋友相約係銅鑼灣嘅一間酒吧度相會,酒吧位於伊利沙伯體育館附近。面對一條馬路同公園,望起黎毫不起眼,正當我同朋友講,其實我好肚餓不如搵d野食先,佢同我講呢度都有得食野架。原來,mass bar夜晚七點後,就會開放廚房,有熟食供應,不過我地去到只係六點幾,所以先點左飲品談心。望住個Menu,飲品種類奇多,原來酒吧入邊有超過150種啤酒,好適合酒鬼。12個生啤柱,出面都唔係成日有。雪櫃內陳列不同款式嘅啤酒經店員推介揀咗呢款酒,入口啤酒味不太重,比較甜,好容易飲,因為感覺好少酒精,又大杯,飲足全晚。飲啤酒當然要食小食啦,蝦條夠晒脆。眨吓眼就到七點鐘,店員遞上熟食Menu,雖然唔算好多種類,但都夠晒我哋醫肚。厚切豬頸肉 $32好厚喎,豬頸肉入口好爽口,脂肪同肉質比例均勻,咬落豬頸肉既肉汁會慢慢滲出,非常Juicy。燒雞脾菇 $16雞脾菇本身冇乜味,不過呢度落左好多椒鹽黎燒,令到平平無期既雞脾菇變得惹味,咬落口雞脾菇d汁都仍然保持到。煙肉荔枝 $18荔枝大細又多汁,入口荔枝汁泌出黎,非常清甜,煙肉燒至微脆,咸+甜2種味道混埋都幾清新,中和哂燒烤既肥膩感。黑松露芝士薯條 $78面頭已經見到好多

面頭已經見到好多黑松露,上面芝士好多而且可以拉絲,薯條炸得熱辣香脆,配埋芝士黑松露真係非常之夾。

松露味非常濃郁,入面有好多野菌,材料充足,白汁令到意粉好creamy...意粉亦煮得彈牙,食完呢個真係好快飽。
估唔到今日發現呢個傾計飲野好地方,環境寧靜之餘,食物仲咁好食,唔似一般好嘈嘅酒吧,飲幾耐食幾耐都冇人催我地走,過左一個暢所欲言既夜晚,下次約朋友必定再來。

唔係好識飲酒既都可以黎,因為我本身都唔太飲酒,店員會推介適合你口味既酒類。
