To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三個人叫咗兩個套餐。生炆龍躉斑翅 其實就係魚鰭位，份量都好大份，三個人好夠食，魚肉都有好多。入面仲有火腩，豆腐干，豆腐，味道唔錯。XO醬西芹炒龍躉扣就咁睇好似豬肚嘅龍躉扣，食落好爽口，扣嘅份量都算係咁，西芹份量好多，當份青菜咁食都唔錯啦。以上兩碟為一份套餐，每份HKD 238新鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉咕嚕肉炸得有啲過火，食落比較硬身。勝在有新鮮菠蘿嘅鮮甜搭救。豉椒炒愛爾蘭蟶子皇大大件蟶子皇，有4隻。但食到有隻有沙。味道炒得都唔錯，唔會話好咸。 椒絲腐乳通菜好耐冇食通菜，通菜好新鮮翠綠，份量都好夠，微微嘅辣味豐富咗腐乳嘅咸香味，好食。以上三碟為一份套餐，每份HKD268整體嚟講用餐感受都唔錯月，係覺得人手唔係好夠，但因為食頭一輪，所以覺得還好，上菜都好快。
