To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

最近有啲電腦用品要去深水埗買所以特登過咗去行到肚仔有啲餓就去咗附近搵咗間餐廳簡單食番餐係一間食車仔麵嘅舖頭入到去舖頭店面好乾淨企理燈光光線充足入到去最吸引我嘅竟然係佢有一個特別嘅甜品食咗正餐後一定要叫一個邪惡嘅甜品食下賣下關子先佢哋個餐牌係用白板筆寫完再擦走好環保呀招牌鮮煎餃子 $42可以揀雙拼當晚嘅芝士粟米餃子就賣晒所以就叫咗韭菜餃拼椰菜老闆好貼心一坐低就問我哋使唔使要煎餃子因為煎餃子要煎一段時間所以佢嗱嗱聲幫我哋落咗單先餃子有八隻大小適中皮薄餡靚食落去熱辣辣仲爆汁添真係好正好足料椰菜餃仲包住左木耳配埋豬肉韭菜餃嘅韭菜豬肉份量都好多秘製辣魷魚 $35魷魚好爽脆新鮮份量都好多配上秘製嘅辣醬令到魷魚嘅鮮味都出晒嚟四餸車仔麵因為怕食得太飽食唔落西多士所以叫咗個淨餸嘅車仔麵有豬大腸 $12 - 洗得好乾淨非常入味牛柏葉 $12 - 好爽好新鮮炸魚皮 $10 - 分湯上好脆口黑木耳 $9 - 好爽口（本來想試吓個手打魚肉不過賣晒）叫左沙嗲汁小辣味道真係唔錯餐枱上都有佢哋秘製嘅辣菜甫唔夠辣可以再加最後就到signature 甜品了就係佢嘅爆漿阿華田西多士 $33可
