To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

三隻小娃🐸誇啦啦

本來三隻小娃🐸去英國、荷蘭旅行，由於疫情肆虐，擴散全球，被逼取消旅遊大計。其中一隻小蛙由英國回留要進行14 天家居檢疫，前晚已經完成檢疫。於是昨天出嚟慶祝一下，消消悶氣和失望的心情。天公不作美，不停下雨☔️，諗住很少人外出吃飯，就沒有做 reservation。裝修後，第一次來，應該係因應政府的要求枱與枱之間不少於1.5 米距離，所有員工帶上口罩工作，仲預備酒精消毒濕紙巾和多些纸巾給客人除口罩，好細心👍🏻！所以覺得更舒服和食得安心。坐下即遞上暖水和 menu，聽到我們想叫龍蝦（招牌菜）就即刻上前話比我哋知剩番二隻，叫佢即留，回來告訴我們實質只剩番一隻，真係有點失望，唯有讓比小娃吃啦！我們兩隻中娃分別叫了肉眼和西冷，（都係煮得出色的招牌菜），頭盆小娃叫了炸蝦😋，中娃我倆叫了切片墨魚(視覺效果美，成朵花🌸那樣，味道好又不韌，只係我倆覺得太多）。甜品叫了廚師推介咖啡球一客和二個口味清新似 mouse 拼餅😋，加埋我至愛的咖啡☕️，滿足！享受完午餐，侍應還送上每人一份小禮物，好驚喜呢！是由餐廳經理找贊助得來的，簡直係疫情下的一點甜！
