To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我相信都知道譚仔三哥同譚仔是兄弟，因為兄弟不和最後分家,二間都有去過光顧,二間都是差不多，屯門千色地下三哥開了2年,我只是去過2次,一來湯底咸二來價錢偏貴三來服務麻麻,近來午餐去茶記，想起好耐冇吃米線，我又不想行去新墟,午餐時間只有1小時，十分不就脚,我就去了市中心唯一米線，以前有小雲川可以揀,小雲川冇咗之後，只有三哥同魚米家,最後揀去三哥 ,三哥在午餐時間有不少人光顧 ,有自助取票機,但是，我發現店員冇理會客人，我見到又冇人叫號碼，任由客人係門口呆等,我入座之後，我call店員來寫野，我叫完想点食物，等待我叫食品，好立克先來到，我覺得好立克好奇怪又熱又凍,明明叫凍好立克,好立克亦麻麻地,我在等待自己米線個陣,坐我隔離枱比我早坐係到，隔離枱見我有飲品,冇理由她們未送到，我見到隔離枱催了3次,我的米線又送到，隔離客人開始有不滿情緒，這個唔關我事，我專心吃自己的米線，三哥米線好啱我的口味，它的米線淋身一些,湯底有改善，冇以前咁咸,我叫佐少米線，份量好啱我,好立克就覺得麻麻,我明明凍好立克,好立克來到時候，我飲了2口,又熱又涷唔知想点呀,反而土匪雞亦好味屯門店是OK,我未必再來食物水準金
