To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次開Account寫食評,請多多指教!譚仔三哥新店開張,門口仲放住好多鮮花籃.我岩岩收工,同同事一齊黎食野.譚仔我成日都會去,但係發現唔係間間水準都一樣...而且我口味好特別,係一間餐廳食過咩最好食,我就會一直點返果樣野食,所以同一款菜只要一有唔同我都食得出!今日我如常點左尖椒皮蛋同埋中麻辣嘅米線配芽菜,菲菜,竹笙,炸醬同豬潤,因為米線太多,我通常都要同同事share一碗先食得晒,最鍾意個麻辣湯底,越食到底越辣,好刺激呀,我連湯都飲晒!尖椒皮蛋品質差不多,皮蛋一般,唔係特別靚嘅糖心皮蛋,但係配起蒜粒尖椒再加上個汁有少少醋酸就夾得幾惹味!而我同事就點左蒜泥白肉,蒜泥好足,好濃蒜味因為係我介紹佢食先嫁,佢覺得超正之後次次黎譚仔佢都必點的!總括水準都係不錯嘅!
