To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

話說有日去荃灣拜會客人，喺附近發覺冇咩好食，點知比我搵到有間譚仔三哥喺附近，譚仔不嬲好食就係人都知道，所以唔好Expect我介紹啲特別嘅菜式，因為都係點返啲招牌菜米線一如既往面質好好食，好幼，軟硬適中，係我食過咁多米線棉質最欣賞嘅一間。跟住再點多個五隻嘅招牌土匪雞翼，一如既往冇令人失望再點多客尖椒皮蛋，蒜頭，綠色青椒非常之多，皮蛋個皮好軟，蛋黃仲有一絲絲回甘，超正最正你知唔知係乜嘢？除咗野食好食之外，呢一間譚仔三哥同其他有乜嘢分別你哋知唔知？我比3秒時間你地，3，2，1 ! Times Up ! 就係食嘅時候，可以對住個超級無敵大海景🉐🉐🉐🉐🉐
