To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

番大學既時候，有一間米線掘起，提起佢個名，相信無人唔識，而且總有一間係左近，佢就係譚仔，然而譚仔又有分有三哥同無三哥，以前朋友成日會比較邊間好食d，但我覺得兩間各有特點，可以今日食譚仔，聽日食三哥。今日，補鐘早收工，黎三哥食番個lunch先，平時夜晚七八點黎好full，今日下午三點黎，所以無咩人，一個人坐四人枱，爽！唔好問我點解三點先有lunch食，有得食已經好好。今日工作辛苦，豪d，叫左竹笙三哥酸辣！點解係豪d，因為其他食材係5蚊，竹笙係7蚊架！竹笙索晒三哥酸辣湯，我已經分唔到係辣定熱，不過係好味既，辣度對於我來說剛好。三哥酸辣湯係三哥既賣點之一，酸酸地十分開胃，和普通酸辣比，更重辣味，而且感覺加入了較多香料。再追加12蚊既麻辣木耳！爽口，辣得過癮。另外，譚仔三哥做緊優惠！兩點後，叫一碗米線即送野飲，抵！呢個都係我選擇三哥原因之一，食辣食到熱辣辣，凍飲很重要，你懂的，哈。
